The successful candidate will be joining Hensingham Primary School as part of CET at an exciting time, as we continue to build on our successes and move forward on our journey.

We are looking for a highly organised and approachable Office Administrator to join us as soon as possible. The successful candidate will need to have excellent administrative, financial and interpersonal skills and be able to provide a warm welcome to visitors and parents whilst working efficiently and effectively to maintain high standards within the school office environment.

We would like to appoint someone who:

  • Can provide confidential and high quality administrative support
  • Has knowledge of Arbor - training can be given if necessary
  • Has a good knowledge of financial procedures, including collecting and recording of money, ordering of goods and payment of invoices - training can be given if necessary
  • Has a good knowledge of Data Management and maintaining pupil databases
  • Has a desire to play a key role in the continuing development of our school
  • Works well as part of a team
