Roedean is seeking a highly organized, caring and proactive Resident Deputy Housemistress/ Master to join our boarding community. You will work with the Housemistress/master to build strong relationships with pupils, oversee daily routines, promote wellbeing, and contribute to a positive house culture.
The successful candidate will have experience of boarding and will be expected to contribute to the wider life of the school while adhering to safeguarding standards and DBS checks.
