Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy is seeking a compassionate Pastoral Hub Support Mentor to join our Inclusion Team.

You will build positive relationships, deliver one-to-one mentoring and small-group interventions to help students thrive and access learning.

The role requires strong communication, organizational and IT skills, with experience in pastoral or educational settings and an understanding of SEMH needs.
