George Spencer Academy is seeking a Learning and Progress Assistant to support students with SEND within the Inclusion Faculty.
The postholder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working to help pupils develop academically and socially within the Learning and Inclusion centre.
The role involves assisting access to learning alongside teachers, supporting classroom management and welfare, and contributing to the school’s ethos and aims.
