The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for someone who has experience supporting children with SEND, specifically someone who can demonstrate patience, compassion and the ability to provide a consistently nurturing presence. You will be supporting children in the class throughout the day with specific targets and inclusion in the mainstream class routines.
Ideally, you will have experience of supporting children with SEMH barriers to learning, for example, ASD, ADHD and anxiety disorders. At Moulton, our mission is to nurture and develop the ‘well-rounded’ child - a child that is confident, resilient and motivated, and who has the knowledge and skills to leave us well prepared for a changing world.
To achieve this, our children need creative and enthusiastic teachers to support them on their journey and we are looking for the right person to become part of our fabulous team. Our parallel class structure means that our teams work closely and support each other with all aspects of teaching and learning. Less-experienced staff work alongside those more experienced, as we all learn from each other.
We value our staff and are committed to developing our teaching assistants through a well-established coaching and training programme. Moulton is a large, village school in a beautiful setting. We have all the values of a traditional village primary but in a modern and well-resourced environment that enables us to provide a broad range of opportunities. Our children are amazing; their behaviour is outstanding and they love learning. Our parents are highly supportive and work with us in partnership to provide the very best for the children.

Hours may be flexible for the ‘right’ person - from 20 to 30 per week. The successful applicant will be required to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure.
