De Lisle College is seeking a passionate Cover Supervisor to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident education professional who thrives on student success, goes the extra mile, and wants to be part of a supportive and ambitious team.
The Role
As Cover Supervisor, you will maintain continuity of learning during teachers’ absence by supervising classes, clearly communicating prepared lesson instructions and creating a calm, purposeful environment. You will build positive relationships with students, promote high standards of behaviour and provide helpful feedback to teaching staff. When cover is not required, you may support classroom learning, interventions, mentoring and wider academy activities.
