Are you passionate about teaching and enjoy helping young people achieve their personal best? Are you keen to expand on or develop your subject teaching skills? If so, we would love to hear from you.
You will be responsible for teaching across Pathways School and teaching primary age pupils. A teaching background will also be essential. You will need to have:
- A passion for learning and a willingness to develop yourself into a sector-leading educator
- An understanding of social, emotional and mental health needs of pupils
- QT status with a good honours subject degree
- Recent experience of teaching English to students across the primary or secondary age range
Pathways School is a small special school, currently catering for pupils from KS2 to KS4 and offering a curriculum based on a child's right to 'Learn, Grow and Thrive'. We absolutely believe that all our children and young people deserve to achieve and succeed and will do so, with the right guidance and academic and pastoral support.
Pathways School is part of Eko Trust. The trust offers a high-quality personalised approach to developing all staff through coaching, mentoring and both internal and external training.
