Term Time plus 1 week in the holidays. 10 Hours per week.

Full time equivalent £23,569.00 per annum, actual salary £5,047.00 per annum.

The Role:

Reporting to the Head Chef/Catering Manager, the Kitchen Porter will:

  • – Operate and clean the utensil dishwash machine, ensuring it is closed down at the end of the day.

  • – Assist with cleaning the kitchen after service, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

  • – Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations.

  • – Support with stock deliveries and maintain tidy storage areas.

  • – Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete daily kitchen tasks.

  • – Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements.

  • -The ability to multitask and work as part of a team.

  • -Experience of working in a catering or kitchen environment (desirable).

    – A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (desirable).
