Rugby Free Secondary School is seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils and contribute to high‑quality teaching and inclusive learning across the school.
You will work closely with teachers to adapt activities, monitor progress and support individual and group needs within a calm, safe environment.
Under the guidance of the Director of Learning and Inclusion Manager, you will help with planning, resource preparation, and attendance at meetings.
