Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit a permanent 0.7 FTE Inclusion Manager, based at Corsham Primary School (Broadwood site, Broadwood Avenue, Rudloe, Wiltshire, SN13 0LX).
Salary range: MPS1-UPS3 - £31,650 - £43,607 per annum pro rata (actual salary will be between £22,155 and £30,524 per annum) dependent on experience + TLR2 - £3391 per annum pro rata (actual amount - £2373 per annum).
Working pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and half day Thursday.
Start date: As soon as possible.

Role overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and inspirational Inclusion Manager to work closely with the Headteacher at Corsham Primary School (Broadwood site). Main duties will be:
- Promoting inclusive education throughout the school
- Ensuring all children, including those with special needs, disabilities, and other specific needs, achieve their full potential
- Leading the development of inclusive practices
- Coordinating interventions, and managing resources and staff to support students
- Overseeing SEN provision
- Fostering professional development
- Liaising with parents and external agencies
- Contributing to the leadership team’s strategic decisions
- Monitoring and evaluating progress, ensuring quality teaching
- Supporting the school’s mission to provide equitable education for all students
