The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

We are currently recruiting for a casual front of house General Catering Assistant to join our experienced and established catering team at weekends. The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all front of house catering areas are kept clean and tidy and well organised, in line with Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.

Duties will include:

  • Setting up and assisting with events
  • Service of hot and cold food and beverages
  • Stocking service areas
  • Cleaning and maintaining catering and dining areas

We are looking to cover Saturday 11.30am - 8.00pm and Sunday 11.30am - 8.00pm. The hours of work will be casual, flexible and arranged by rota. Additional casual hours during the week may be available.

Interested parties should have their own transport due to the location of the School. Queenswood is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and all applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service. This role carries a high level of safeguarding responsibilities. Full safeguarding checks will be carried out on the successful applicant. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and the amendments to the Exceptions Order 1975, 2013 and 2020.
