Flegg High Ormiston Academy is seeking an Attendance Officer to promote attendance and punctuality across the academy.
You will work with pupils, families and staff to remove barriers to learning, visiting homes and communicating changes that support safer, more engaged students.
You will join the pastoral team to monitor attendance, analyse data, and implement targeted interventions, while collaborating with external services to safeguard and assist families in need.
