Compass Eko Trust is seeking an organised Attendance and Inclusion Support Officer to coordinate attendance, medical needs and SEND administration across two sites. The role supports safeguarding and inclusion priorities within a federation of 28 schools, requiring collaboration with pupils, families, staff and external agencies.
You will handle attendance data, maintain records, and assist with DSL responsibilities, while travelling between federation sites and occasionally visiting homes.
