Astrea Academy Trust is seeking a Senior Site Manager to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across Longsands Academy and Ernulf Academy in Cambridgeshire. You will lead site teams, oversee maintenance and compliance activities, manage contractors and projects, and ensure schools remain safe, secure and operational for students and staff.
You will report to the Estates Repairs & Maintenance Manager and coordinate with academy leaders, central Trust teams and operational staff to deliver.
