We are seeking an outstanding and inspiring Teacher of Business to join our expanding Economics and Business Department. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning, supporting the continued growth and success of the department.
Responsibilities
The role requires strong subject knowledge and expertise in teaching A-Level Business, and BTEC in Business, supported by a solid academic background. The ability to teach Economics would also be useful, as a second subject. The successful candidate will be able to motivate, challenge, and inspire students of all abilities, including those preparing for external examinations, and will be committed to helping students achieve their full potential.
You will become part of a growing and forward-thinking department, with increasing student numbers choosing Economics and Business as an elective at A Level. The department is also preparing to introduce BTEC in Business as an additional elective course from 1 September 2027 onwards. This offers the successful candidate opportunities to contribute to curriculum development and departmental growth.

About New Hall
New Hall School offers an exceptional working environment. The main campus occupies the stunning Grade I listed former Tudor palace of Beaulieu. The School’s conference and events venue is at the Grade I listed Boreham House, one mile away. New Hall is a warm, welcoming, and supportive community, with a staff of around 300. Beaulieu Park railway station is at the entrance to New Hall’s Avenue: 30 minutes to Stratford and 38 minutes to London Liverpool Street.
