We are excited to offer the opportunity for a talented professional to be a Teacher of DT at Parkside Community College.

Candidates will be well supported by a strong department team and the work of the United Learning subject advisory team.

Teaching will be underpinned by a robust, academic curriculum, assessment and a whole school approach to Teaching and Learning.

The successful candidate will primarily teach food, alongside some Design and Technology lessons.

You will have a vision for achieving outstanding outcomes and a remarkable experience for our students, in line with United Learning's Framework for Excellence.

You will have the opportunity to teach students in Years 7 to 11 and will join a highly committed and successful team who support one another to succeed and have a shared interest in professional learning and development of the subject.

About Parkside Community College

Parkside Community College is a highly oversubscribed school with a long history of success and an excellent reputation for innovation in education.

We are situated in three sets of buildings, with the main site, overlooking Parker’s Piece, opening in 1913.
