Parkside School is seeking a dedicated Pupil Support Worker to join our team from September, for two vacancies (permanent and 1-year maternity cover). This term-time role is 37 hours per week, Mon-Fri.
You will work with Key Stage Managers to deliver pastoral care, improve attendance, behaviour and wellbeing, and collaborate with families and external agencies to tailor support for each child. You will also coach a small group of students and uphold safeguarding standards.
