Coast and Vale Learning Trust in Blackburn is seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide a range of administrative and practical HR services across the school cluster.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, new starters and leavers, payroll changes, and confidential HR matters reporting to the Cluster HR Manager.

You will advise managers on HR policies, maintain records (i Trent), support investigations and disciplinary processes, manage inductions, and ensure right-to-work compliance.
