Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a proactive Attendance Assistant to join our Attendance Team. You will promote attendance, reduce persistent absence and ensure every student can access education. You will build relationships with students and families, carry out welfare checks and home visits, and work with external agencies to overcome barriers to attendance.
The ideal candidate has strong literacy, numeracy, communication and IT skills.
