The predicted salary is between 12150 - 14850 £ per year.

This is a busy role to work as part of a small team to plan and deliver Ashford Prep School’s Holiday Club. This role will help with the logistics, admin and marketing to support recruitment and smooth running of Holiday Club.

This role’s key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Interacting with staff
  • Interacting with parents
  • Pupil supervision
  • The administrative and staffing organisation of Holiday Clubs
  • Planning holiday club offerings, programme of activities, themed weeks - introduction of sport specific camps, approaching specialist staff etc to try and expand offerings
  • Liaising with EYFS Holiday Club lead to plan ‘in-house’ experience days sharing the relevant costings
  • Liaising with other teams (e.g. swim staff, maintenance) to book facilities like the swimming pool
  • Planning trips and negotiating with suppliers to get a competitive price
  • Planning transportation to support trips
  • Managing staffing rotas, putting together who will be working when and in what capacity
  • Continuous review of the recruitment/training of new staff/existing staff capacity and keeping central staffing up to date and accurate
  • Organising relevant training for existing staff as/when required
  • Helping in monitoring the holiday club inbox; responding to enquiries and requests
  • Writing and collating overall risk assessments/procedures to give team leaders extra support and reduce unnecessary workload
  • Being part of the ‘on-call’ staff during the holiday clubs; being a welcoming and consistent ‘face’ as part of the Holiday club team
  • Helping co-ordinate resources needed for holiday clubs
  • Creating marketing copies/resources to advertise clubs in advance so we can focus on promotion/getting early bookings

This role is a flexible role, with 7 hours weekly allocated to fulfil the tasks to support the organisation and delivery of Holiday Club.
