We’re Coapt - a vibrant, ambitious team based in the heart of Brighton. As specialists in student accommodation, we handle a large number of applications from both students and guarantors. We’re looking for an organised, competent, and friendly individual to join our administration team. You’ll play a vital role in helping tenants secure their new homes and ensuring that tenancies start smoothly. Your role will also involve supporting our professional properties, liaising with landlords, contractors, and residents, and being a welcoming presence at our office reception.
The Person We’re Looking For:
- Super organised and efficient
- Accurate and detail-oriented

- Able to handle stressful situations and different customers with confidence
- Inclusive and supportive of the wider business
- Computer literate, confident in Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new software systems
- Experience in handling customer enquiries or front-of-house reception duties would be an advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Processing student and professional tenancy applications
- Completing tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks
- Conducting key handovers and remote inductions
- Drawing up, issuing, and executing contracts
- Handling administration tasks, including digital filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Auditing records to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Answering queries from tenants, landlords, guarantors, and contractors in person, via phone, and email
- Acting as a friendly first point of contact at our office reception

The Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (part-time applications considered)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (9am–5:30pm) & 1 in 4 Saturdays (10am–4pm)
