The Head of Roastery Operations & Compliance is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of all Roastery functions, ensuring the business operates safely, efficiently, compliantly and in line with Coaltown's values and long-term objectives.

Working alongside the Directors and Senior Management Team, this role provides leadership across:
