Participez à la mission d'utilité sociale de Coallia au service des plus vulnérables. Avec plus de 900 dispositifs, nous intervenons dans le cadre de politiques publiques auprès de 100 000 personnes par jour : travailleurs migrants, demandeurs d'asile, réfugiés, mineurs non accompagnés, personnes fragilisées par l'absence de logement ou encore celles en situation de dépendance et de handicap. Temps de travail : 35h

Description de la mission :

  • Accueillir les usagers
  • Réaliser l'accompagnement individuel en tant que référent de 25 usagers, dans leurs démarches sociales et juridiques : constitution, suivi des dossiers OFPRA et recours auprès de la CNDA...
  • Participer à la mise en place d'actions socio-éducatives et d'actions d'information collective ayant pour priorité l'accès à l'autonomie (logement, insertion socio-professionnelle, santé...)
  • Si collectif : participer à la gestion de la vie collective au sein du dispositif
  • Si diffus : assurer des visites à domicile afin de veiller au bon fonctionnement/entretien des logements
  • Gérer la sortie du dispositif
  • Participer au développement du travail en réseau et du partenariat sur le territoire local

Profil :

Titulaire d'un diplôme d'éducateur spécialisé, d'assistant de service social ou CESF, vous connaissez les acteurs de l'intervention sociale et possédez de solides connaissances sur la procédure d'asile ainsi que les droits et devoirs de ce public. Vous justifiez dans l'idéal d'une première expérience auprès d'un public demandeur d'asile. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le pack Office (Word et Excel). Vous possédez de réelles capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles qui vous permettent de mobiliser les usagers autour d'un projet tout en gardant une posture professionnelle adéquate.
