Description de la mission: Vous assisterez votre manager dans la gestion et l'organisation administrative de l'établissement. Vos missions porteront plus particulièrement sur:
- Coordonner et faciliter la circulation d'informations entre l'établissement / la Direction et les autres services de l'association, entre le Directeur/Chef de service et les différents membres de l'équipe;
- Jouer un rôle d'interface relationnelle, voire de reporting;
- Participer à l'élaboration des dossiers administratifs destinés à des organismes externes;
- Traiter la facturation, les règlements et la saisie comptable;
- Effectuer un suivi/reporting de l'activité de son service au travers de tableaux de bord;
- Renseigner les tableaux de bord relatifs à la fonction RH (suivi des effectifs, données sociales), suivre les absences, congés, embauches et départs;
- Rédiger des courriers, comptes-rendus et divers écrits professionnels.

Profil: Titulaire d'un BAC+2 spécialité Assistanat et gestion, vous maîtrisez toutes les compétences techniques du secrétariat, les outils du pack office et possédez de réelles connaissances en comptabilité. Vous savez planifier et organiser votre travail pour atteindre les objectifs fixés collectivement et individuellement. Doté d'un excellent relationnel, vous savez développer des relations de travail efficaces, être coopératif et en capacité de promouvoir l'harmonie au sein d'un groupe et contribuer au bon fonctionnement du service. Très à l'aise à l'écrit et à l'oral, vous savez communiquer les informations avec clarté et concision.
