Mae'r rôl hon yn rhan o'r prosiect Perchnogaeth Gynhwysol, partneriaeth ledled y DU a ariennir gan Gronfa Gymunedol y Loteri Genedlaethol i gefnogi cymunedau i gymryd perchnogaeth o dir ac adeiladau.
Proffil Sefydliad Ymddiriedolaeth Adfywio Meysydd Glo (CRT) yw'r unig elusen adeiladu cyfoeth cymunedol sy'n ymroddedig i adfywio cymunedau meysydd glo Prydain. Ers dros 25 mlynedd, mae'r CRT wedi gweithio gyda chymunedau i gyflawni ehangder o brosiectau sy'n creu cyfleoedd i bobl, cryfhau rôl sefydliadau cymunedol a nodi atebion sy'n seiliedig ar le sy'n ymateb i'r heriau sy'n dal i gael eu profi mewn hen drefi a phentrefi glofaol.
Er mwyn cefnogi cyflawni, mae'r CRT wedi datblygu model adeiladu cyfoeth cymunedol arloesol sy'n cynhyrchu incwm cynaliadwy i ddarparu gwerth cymdeithasol ac economaidd. Wedi'i alluogi gan ymgysylltu â rhanddeiliaid allweddol, partneriaid ac, yn bwysicaf oll, y cymunedau, mae gweithgareddau a ddarperir yn cael eu personoli i ddiwallu anghenion y bobl, y sefydladau a'r lle.
Ynglŷn â'r Rôl
Mae CRT yn chwilio am Swyddog Datblygu i gefnogi cymunedau yng Nghymru i archwilio a sicrhau perchnogaeth tir ac adeiladau, gan gryfhau adeiladu cyfoeth cymunedol mewn hen ardaloedd meysydd glo. Bydd y rôl yn darparu cymorth ymarferol i sefydliadau cymunedol, gan eu helpu i lywio perchnogaeth gymunedol, datblygu modelau economaidd cynaliadwy, ac adeiladu gwytnwch hirdymor. Bydd dysgu o'r gwaith hwn yng Nghymru hefyd yn helpu i lywio arferion adeiladu cyfoeth cymunedol a datblygu polisi mewn cymunedau difreintiedig a lleiafrifol ledled y DU.
Cyfrifoldebau Allweddol
- Darparu cymorth datblygu o ansawdd uchel i sefydliadau cymunedol sy'n ceisio caffael, rheoli a chynnal asedau cymunedol.
- Cefnogi sefydliadau drwy gyfnodau allweddol perchnogaeth gymunedol, gan gynnwys dichonoldeb, llywodraethu, cynllunio ariannol a chynaliadwyedd hirdymor.
- Helpu sefydliadau i fod yn barod i fuddsoddi trwy gynllunio busnes, datblygu prosiectau a chefnogaeth gyda chyllid, benthyciadau neu geisiadau buddsoddi.
- Cyflawni gweithgarwch y rhaglen yn unol ag amcanion, allbynnau, canlyniadau a gofynion ariannwr y cytunwyd arnynt.
- Adeiladu a chynnal perthnasoedd cryf â phartneriaid cyhoeddus, preifat a'r trydydd sector, gan gynnwys gwaith cydgysylltiedig â Chwmpas a phartneriaid dysgu traws-genedl ehangach.
- Dal llais cymunedol, profiad byw a dysgu cyflawni i lywio datblygu polisi a gwella arferion adeiladu cyfoeth cymunedol.
