As a Performance Marketing Manager you will manage AI-powered paid media campaigns for a portfolio of clients across sectors, using Coaley Peak's proprietary platforms and industry-standard tools. Coaley Peak is a Google Partner.
What you will do:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other channels
- Use and help develop our AI tools to drive autonomous media optimisation for client accounts
- Own campaign performance reporting: build client-ready dashboards and present results in monthly reviews
- Conduct audience research, competitive analysis, and keyword/targeting strategy
- Collaborate with our CRO team to align paid traffic with on-site conversion improvements
- Monitor budgets, pacing, and ROAS/CPA targets across all managed accounts
- Ensure all campaign data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and platform policies
Essential requirements:
- Demonstrable experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads minimum)
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools
- Proven track record of improving campaign performance against commercial KPIs
- Experience managing client relationships directly, including presenting results
- Google Ads certified (or willing to certify within three months of joining)
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
