As an AI Trainer at Coaley Peak, you will design and deliver high‑quality AI training across multiple formats – online webinars, in‑person workshops, and conference presentations. You will help individuals and organisations develop practical AI literacy, from foundational concepts through to hands‑on application. This is a dynamic, visible role for someone who combines deep knowledge of AI with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI training programmes across online, in‑person, and conference formats
- Develop engaging training materials including slide decks, exercises, case studies, and assessments
- Tailor content to audience needs – from non‑technical executives to technical practitioners
- Deliver keynotes and breakout sessions at industry conferences and events
- Build and iterate on Coaley Peak's training curriculum in line with AI developments
- Work with clients to assess training needs and recommend learning pathways
- Provide post‑training support and follow‑up resources
- Stay current with AI research, tools, and industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of AI, machine learning, and practical AI applications
- Proven experience delivering training, presenting, or teaching in professional or academic settings
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Comfortable in both virtual environments (Zoom, Teams, etc.) and live event settings
- Experience creating training materials and learning content
- Enthusiasm for making AI accessible and understandable to non‑experts
- Willingness to travel to events and client sites across the UK
- Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment is a plus
