Workshop Engineer – Nationwide Service Provider – Leighton Buzzard – Full Training Provided – Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 + overtime = £30k – £35k + Workwear + Full Training Provided * Are you a semi-skilled or self-taught Engineer with a basic understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering? * Are you looking for an entry level opportunity to move into a service role where full ongoing training will be provided? * Are you looking to join a business who truly cares for, nurtures and develops their people? On joining this business you will be trained on how to inspect, repair and service a range of mechanical equipment including winches, cranes, ramps, load lifters, moving decks, steps and tail lifts small cranes, tail lifts on a wide range of commercial vehicles within the vehicle fleet industry. To be successful in this role, you will have a practical approach to problem solving; be comfortable in using various hand tools; possess basic mechanical and electrical skills and determined to succeed within engineering and develop a long term career within a business. This position would suit a semi-skilled Mechanic, Fitter, Maintenance Engineer or similar who is now looking to progress their career, develop their practical skills and technical knowledge and now looking to join a business who truly cares for, nurtures and develops their people
