Mobile Vehicle Mechanic – Nationwide Commercial Vehicle Conversions – Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire – Basic

Salary: £35,000 + Bonuses + overtime paid door to door = £45k - £50k++ + Company Van + 25 days holiday + bank + Life Assurance + 24/7 health support + Endless Ongoing Training

Based from home, as Mobile Vehicle Mechanic you will carry out planned inspection, repair and service of wheelchair access equipment, oil and filters on customers light commercial vehicles throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and further afield on occasions when required. .

You will ideally be qualified to NVQ level 2 or 3 in vehicle mechanics, mechanical engineering or similar; have a practical approach to problem solving; be comfortable using various hand tools and have had some experience in repairing, maintaining or servicing light vehicles, plant or other mechanical based machinery or equipment.

Any prior knowledge or experience of basic fault finding on 12 volt electrics would be beneficial although full training will be provided.

All successful candidates must be able to pass a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check.
