Workshop Fitter – Nationwide Service Provider – Birmingham – Full Training Provided - Salary: £28,080 - £29,120 + 20 Days Holiday + bank + pension + Workwear + Full Training Provided

Joining their depot based in Oldbury which is their centre of excellence for moving decks you will be trained on how to inspect, repair, service and maintain moving decks on HGV vehicles which will include changing ropes, pulleys, hydraulic rams as well as running trunking and wiring.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong practical approach to problem solving; be comfortable using various hand tools; possess mechanical and electrical engineering skills and determined to succeed within an engineering environment.

Working hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch.

This position would suit a semi-skilled Mechanic, Fitter, Maintenance Engineer or similar who is now looking to progress their career, develop both their technical knowledge and practical skills within a business that offer genuine career progression
