Full Training Provided - Salary: Β£29,120 - Β£31,200 + 20 Days Holiday + bank + pension + Workwear + Full Training Provided Are you a semi-skilled Mechanical Engineer, Mechanic, Fitter or Maintenance Engineer and now looking to develop your skills and experience? Do you have experience of fitting, assembling, repairing or servicing mechanical based equipment? Are you looking for an opportunity where full ongoing training will be provided? Joining their depot based in Oldbury which is their centre of excellence for moving decks you will be trained on how to inspect, repair, service and maintain moving decks on HGV vehicles which will include changing ropes, pulleys, hydraulic rams as well as running trunking and wiring. Whats on offer. Ongoing training and career development including the opportunity to gain a recognised industry certification. Close support network of experienced Engineers and Managers Comprehensive workshop training where you will shadow one of their many long serving Engineers. To be successful in this role, you will have a strong practical approach to problem solving; be comfortable using various hand tools; possess mechanical and electrical engineering skills and determined to succeed within an engineering environment. Working hours are Monday
Friday 8am
5pm with 1 hour lunch. This position would suit a semi-skilled Mechanic, Fitter, Maintenance Engineer or similar who is now looking to progress their career, develop both their technical knowledge and practical skills within a business that offer genuine career progression.
