Salary: £19 - £22 per hour + 20 Days Holiday + bank + pension + Workwear A nationwide service provider to the vehicle fleet industry with an enviable reputation spanning 50 years is now looking for a HGV Class 1 Shunter to join their centre of excellence depot on a permanent basis based in Oldbury. You will work 8am
5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch. As a Shunter Driver you will be responsible for: Moving and positioning vehicles safely within the depot, yard and holding bays Couple and uncouple Multiple trailer movements per shift including communicating with other team members to ensure movements are carried out safely Checking for and reporting on any damages to vehicles This position would suit an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver who is now looking to come off the road and work less sociable hours and looking for more of a work / life balance or someone who has previously held a Class 1 licence and is looking to utilise their driving skills.
