Requirements

• Demonstrated experience delivering National Grid substation build projects
• Proven track record of working on 400kV substation projects
• Strong leadership experience on Design and Build projects, managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners
• Qualified in construction, engineering, and/or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience
• Formal qualification in Project Management (e.g. APM, PMP, or equivalent)
• Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience managing NEC contracts
• Proven ability to identify, manage, and exploit risk and opportunity
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HSWA, CDM, EAWR, and related legislation
