Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for a Project Electrical Engineer based in Glasgow.
Currently we’re looking for a Project Electrical Engineer to help us provide solutions on a project based in Glasgow.
This client is a leading provider of highly specialised subsea solutions for the defence sector that currently have a number of large projects ongoing. This programme involves equipment for in-service MoD Nuclear assets.
The engineer would be responsible for a number of tasks with a focus on Electrical Engineering, specifically around equipment such as control panels, connectors & cables.
The engineer would also be working on existing service contracts, with things such as concept design, feasibility studies, obsolescence control and technical reports.
This will be an outside of IR35 deployment spent on client site in Glasgow. This is a UK eyes only programme and due to the imminent start date, current SC is a must.
The following skills would be advantageous:
- Electrical Engineering Expertise (AutoCAD Electrical or Solidworks Electrical)
- Project Engineering Understanding – Obsolescence management, Feasibility Studies, Document Control, Technical Reporting
- DEF-STANs & EMC Standards
- Experience working with third party suppliers
