Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a Consulting assignment available for a Construction Manager to work on a colocated solar and BESS project in the UK.
CMC provide expert engineering solutions on an international capacity for Engineering and other Energy projects. Currently we’re searching for a Construction Manager with practical experience throughout the execution phase of a solar PV/BESS project.
- Develop, coordinate and manage all jobsites construction related activities providing field related support to the project manager, including but not limited to managing field-related project planning, scheduling and quality control
- Ensure all site operations are completed safe and in compliance with OSHA or other applicable standards
- Develop subcontractor scopes of work with Project Manager
- Meet or exceed customer’s performance expectations in-line with contract obligations
- Monitor and manage jobsites compliance with the corporate safety plan, design drawings and contract agreements
An ideal expert would have:
- Sepcific experience with building energy systems including electrical, Civil, PV and Energy storage systems
- Experience in the overall integration of Design engineering, construction, start-up, close-out, turnover and subesequnet O&M of a variety of Construction projects
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Renewable energy projects in both PV and Energy Storage
