We’re Coadax – an ambitious and growing M&A boutique – and we’re looking for a passionate Assistant Director/Director to join our expanding team. With your financial experience and transaction execution skills, you will work with us to support the growth of our Corporate Finance Advisory team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mid‑market M&A transactions from strategy to completion.
  • Advise business owners on exit strategies and manage sale mandates.
  • Support company acquisitions by identifying and evaluating target opportunities and completing the deal.
  • Execute private equity transactions, MBOs, fundraisings and valuation reports.
  • Craft and review business plans and information memorandums.
  • Develop and deliver pitches and proposals to secure new business.
  • Proactively originate new opportunities and build long‑term client relationships, demonstrating a proven ability to win work.

Skills and experience you will have:

  • Qualified ACA or Corporate Finance professional.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, standards, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and report writing.
  • Skilled in crafting clear, compelling business plans and information memorandums.
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Experience managing projects end‑to‑end with confidence and precision.

  • Demonstrate experience managing corporate finance projects.
