With your financial experience and transaction execution skills, you will work with us to support the growth of our M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mid‑market M&A transactions from strategy to completion.
- Advise business owners on exit strategies and manage sale mandates.
- Support company acquisitions by identifying and evaluating target opportunities and completing the deal.
- Execution on private equity transactions, MBOs, fundraisings and valuation reports.
- Craft and review Business Plans and Information Memorandums.
- Develop and deliver pitches and proposals to secure new business.
- Proactively originate new opportunities and build long‑term client relationships, demonstrating a proven ability to win work.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
- Qualified ACA or Corporate Finance professional.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, standards, and analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and report writing.
- Skilled in crafting clear, compelling Business Plans and Information Memorandums.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Experience managing projects end‑to‑end with confidence and precision.
