36,000 to 42,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including 25 days holiday, hybrid working (50/50), and excellent training and development opportunities. This includes fully funded Microsoft courses and 5 study days per year to prepare for and complete certifications.
My client, a well-established IT support and solutions provider, is looking for an IT Systems Engineer (Microsoft 365 / Intune) to join their highly regarded technical team on a permanent basis. The business has an excellent reputation, a loyal customer base, and a strong track record of investing in its engineers - this is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Systems Engineer who wants variety, modern technology exposure, and long-term progression.
The successful IT Systems Engineer will work across a mix of support and project-based work, covering both cloud and on-prem environments. The role offers hybrid working, with a combination of office, home and occasional customer site visits. While this is a broad Systems Engineer role, Microsoft 365 is a core focus. This position requires genuine hands-on experience configuring and implementing Microsoft technologies - not just using them.
Essential Skills- Strong experience with Microsoft 365
- Hands-on configuration experience with Microsoft Intune and/or Windows Autopilot
- Experience implementing Conditional Access and modern security controls
- Either Microsoft 365 certifications or demonstrable real-world experience delivering M365 / Intune solutions
- General IT systems and infrastructure experience
- Excellent communication skills
