The predicted salary is between 45000 - 50000 £ per year.
£33,000 to £38,000 basic salary per annum plus commission (approx. £15k OTE per annum) and benefits including hybrid-working, 23 days holiday, pension, bonus, excellent training and development opportunities.
My client is a very successful education-focused IT solutions provider, helping schools and Multi-Academy Trusts with IT support, cyber security, cloud and wider technology services. They are now looking for a driven Business Development Manager to open new doors and continue growing their presence across the North of England and Midlands.
The Business Development Manager will be new business-focused, so the role is ideal for a B2B sales professional who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and selling a proper solution rather than simply quoting a price. Experience in technology-related or education sales would be highly useful, but is not essential. What matters most is strong B2B sales experience, confidence speaking with decision-makers, commercial drive and a genuine interest in technology.
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years in B2B sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solution/consultative selling experience
- Driving licence and access to a car every day
- Genuine ambition and drive to be successful
- An interest in technology and the ability to understand services such as IT support and cyber security
