We’re building a movement here at Coaching On the Go. We’re revved up to make leadership more collective, collaborative and humane not to mention fun. We are growing and we need to find new partners who have active clients where our approach would have impact.
We are looking for:
- an experienced HR professional with a passion for people development
- a leadership development professional interested in the benefits of a coaching style within leadership
- someone thinking about returning to work after a career break
- an existing small business, sole trader, big business or any other kind of business wanting to be part of an exciting new Coaching methodology that is available globally
If you can answer YES to any of the above – we would love to hear from you.
“Coaching on the Go” (COTG) is a unique and exciting leadership development business that is already established in the UK, Europe, Brazil, Canada, USA, Australia and Asia… and we are looking for more authorised partners (we like to call them “co pilots”!) to come and work with us and grow alongside us as we “take off”.
This is NOT a franchise, so we do NOT want any money from you up front. We want to partner with you, educate you in the COTG methodology, support you to sell the service, train you to deliver the service – and then share in your success! It really is as low risk as it gets – no commitments, no minimum thresholds, no targets… other than those you set yourself. After all – it is your business, we are just enabling you with a fantastic, new and unique capability.
If we have pricked your interest, and you would like to know more about how you “earn your wings” we would love to hear from you. Simply drop us an email at admin@coachingonthego.co.uk. Please tell us a little bit about yourself, what you currently do, what you are looking for. We promise we are not using AI and we will personally read every response we get – so please limit your email to 100 words or so.
