What you’ll bring:
- Required:
- Experience managing social + content in sports, football, coaching, or youth development.
- Proven ability to run integrated multi-channel campaigns.

- Understanding of CRM, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and funnels.
- Strong creative instincts and experience developing social-first content and formats.
- High versatility, autonomy, and comfort working in a multi-product business.
- Nice-to-have:
- Exposure to paid social or performance marketing.
