Through 1-1 coaching, I help you understand who you are, identify your passions and talents, and help you create an actionable plan to find work and/or lifestyle you love. You will build your confidence and develop a more accepting mindset allowing you to make the changes you desire.

My Journey

I have spent a good part of my career helping people achieve their career ambitions and ultimately their personal ambitions. I’ve been through many career changes myself, ranging from a semi-pro racing cyclist, Music industry, Retail, Sales, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Organisational Development, Training and HR. I’ve worked for some of the largest employers in the world in Compass and Sodexo, well-known brands such as Morrisons and smaller niche players. I have run my own business since 2019, helping businesses look after and find new people in a smarter way and helping people find their way in this complicated world. I’ve helped many people move jobs, change careers or find happiness in their current career.

Life Coaching: My ultimate goal is to help you achieve your full potential and become the best version of yourself. This involves identifying your goals, strengths, and weaknesses, and developing a plan to overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back.

Parenthood Coaching: Are you a parent who is struggling to balance their career and family commitments? I can help you communicate with your employer about your family commitments and explore ways to make your work schedule more flexible.

Over 15 years of coaching in 121 sessions with my own teams and employees of the wider businesses I worked in. Over the last 5 years (since April 2019) I have been coaching in 121 sessions with private clients. I am level 7 (masters level) qualified in coaching, accredited by Bristol University.
