Position: Part-Time Basketball Coach
Organization: Play Hard Hoops
Locations: Chicago (North Side & Downtown) and Lake Zurich, Lincolnshire, Buffalo Grove, Barrington, Vernon Hills, Libertyville, and surrounding suburbs
Season: August 24, 2026 – May 28, 2027
Schedule: Weekday evenings (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) and weekends (hours vary)
Compensation
- Head Travel Coaches: Starting at $30/hour
- Assistant Coaches (Classes, Camps & Leagues): $16–$25/hour, based on experience and role

Play Hard Hoops is one of the premier youth basketball organizations serving both the Chicagoland suburbs and the city. With 40+ boys and girls travel teams each season, along with year-round skills training, leagues, and camps, we’re committed to helping young athletes develop their skills, confidence, and love for the game.

Assistant Coaches
