Primary Purpose: The Online Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for supporting website merchandising, marketing, and content for the Coach Outlet E-commerce business in Europe.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Online Merchandising to:
- Upload new products monthly on UK, DE, and EU sites, ensuring accurate online assortment, product and category information, and website merchandising.
- Prepare for site refreshes by building the navigation, search dictionary, merchandising, and trend shops. Manage the item set up process (e.g., catalogue, product attribution).
- Partner with translation agencies to ensure German, French, Spanish, and Italian sites are fully translated.
- Liaise with the Coach Outlet Buying team to develop a promotional calendar and prepare for new product and category launches.
- Collaborate with the Digital Design & Content team on creative initiatives for homepages, promotions, and campaigns, to ensure the sites are reflective of business priorities and stock availability.
- Conduct weekly site reviews and report on operational/testing issues where necessary.
- Test new site functionality and compile analysis of competitor tools/functionalities to identify development opportunities.
- Optimize site searches and cross/up-sell products.
- Work closely across all functions of the E-commerce team.
- Create weekly reports to assess site performance and leverage analytics platforms to provide relevant and actionable insights.
- Ad-hoc research of competitor online activity, edit creation, and digital innovation.
The accomplished individual will possess:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital focused role.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Excel.
- Prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a PIM system is advantageous.
- Experience working independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and possess a strong sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and takes initiative.
- European language skills are desirable.
