Primary Purpose: The Showroom Executive is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operation of the showroom, supporting wholesale, managing samples and logistics, and ensuring the brand is presented to buyers in a premium, commercially effective way.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately logging samples during sample receiving periods using Fashion GPS and EC Vision.
- Managing set‑ups and break‑downs throughout the market schedule.
- Managing sample flow in two European showrooms, tracking shipments to ensure they arrive in time for market appointments.
- Owning the planning of the temporary Milan showroom four times a year.
- Working cross‑functionally with VM, Buying, Demand Planning, Merchandising & Sales teams to ensure the smooth set‑up of showrooms.
- Managing showroom budgets and processing all invoices related to samples through Buying Hub.
- Working with Wholesale and Buying teams to ensure visibility of sample levels.
- Supporting market appointments with refreshments and hosting.
- Serving as the main point of contact for all sample send‑outs to partners.
- Owning the market calendars and diarising key dates among the teams.
- Ensuring smooth showroom operations.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all showroom‑based enquiries.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years’ experience in fashion wholesale, showroom management, or sales.
- Strong understanding of fashion selling seasons and wholesale processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with Fashion GPS and EC Vision a plus.
- Calm under pressure during fast‑paced selling periods.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution‑oriented.
