The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

Primary Purpose: The Account Executive will support the strategic and operational execution of product launches, driving in‑season performance against sales and margin targets and playing a key role in building and maintaining partner relationships within the Marketplace channel. This role will support the Marketplace Manager in developing, maintaining and accelerating the Coach Marketplace channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive performance against sales, margin targets and maximise in‑season opportunities.
  • Build relationships with Marketplace partners, specifically Zalando, attending regular trade meetings and ensuring key KPI’s are met and exceeded.
  • Support the seamless execution of new product launches.
  • Compile weekly trade reports and provide analysis to inform trading actions to fuel growth.
  • Identify regional product opportunities and market trends, providing consolidated feedback to inform seasonal and core assortment needs.
  • Develop knowledge of key products, consumers and competitors in local markets and provide feedback and insights to key internal stakeholders.
  • In partnership with the Marketplace Manager and local Inventory Management (IM) team, evaluate and highlight existing business risks and opportunities regarding product investments and inventory.
  • Partner with the IM team to ensure optimal stocks are maintained in line with upcoming promotional strategies, marketing initiatives and key trading periods.
  • Partner with the Content & Marketing team to ensure optimal platform content by category and gender within global guidelines and support effective marketing plans aligned with investment.
  • Support the team on maximising product visibility onsite, communicate monthly newness and onsite launches.
  • Support weekly and monthly onsite execution for site content, including homepage refreshes, category banners and navigation banners.
  • Support with building communication tools to highlight assortment strategies and monthly quarterly hindsight to the business.
  • Support the Customer Service team with retailer and customer queries where necessary.
  • Build relationships and establish trust with the regional teams including IM & Planning, Buying, Finance, eCommerce and Marketing.
  • Support the collation of all product data required for Marketplace product launches, including SKU codes, compositions, dimensions and care instructions.
  • Utilise multiple systems, including Rithum & Zdirect to ensure on‑time and accurate product data sharing and error resolution with Marketplace partners to source required product data and ensure accuracy across all data fields.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ digital experience, ideally within eCommerce or marketplace environments.
  • Experience working within a global organisation or brand is preferred.
  • Proven multi‑category experience within a buying, merchandising or planning function and exposure to trading across Full Price, Outlet and Liquidation channels.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a clear understanding of key financial drivers and their impact on business performance.
  • A data‑driven, commercially minded approach with a strong focus on driving sales.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of the fashion, accessories or luxury goods market.
  • Experience supporting or working within the European market.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear, impactful messages to senior leadership.
