The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:
- Support delivery of 3D visual merchandising installations across Europe, partnering with the New York team to bring concepts to life.
- Manage orders, sourcing, and logistics for props and materials, ensuring purchase orders and timelines are executed seamlessly.
- Own and maintain key operational tools, including store databases, vendor contacts, and VM asset libraries.
- Act as the central communication link between corporate and store teams, managing requests and driving clear, timely updates via internal channels (The Loop).
- Lead coordination of quarterly lightbox graphic rollouts, including store-specific artwork planning (InDesign required).
- Track shipments and partner with global vendors to ensure on-time delivery for all launches and installations.
- Oversee storage, transport, and inventory of VM props and fixtures.
- Collaborate with Operations on in-store repairs and updates pre- and post-installation.
- Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, and YTD budget tracking.
- Partner closely with Finance on accruals and act as a key contact for Accounts Payable queries.
- Support the creation of project recap decks to showcase VM work across the business.
- Lead signage coordination for stores, including audits, replenishment, and vendor management.
