Primary Purpose: The Partner, Talent Acquisition supports recruitment across our brands, with a predominant focus on retail positions. Working closely with Area Managers and HR Partners, this role is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and hiring talent to meet hiring demands of a dynamic, high-performing, and evolving organisation.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Talent Acquisition to:
- Support new store openings and retail searches for store management level positions, from sourcing and screening to interview and offer coordination
- Support corporate searches, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements
- Guide hiring managers throughout the process, providing support with interview best practices and candidate evaluation
- Use recruitment technologies (e.g. ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, additional sourcing platforms) effectively to manage candidate pipelines and improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Build a strong talent pipeline, using proactive outreach to attract a diverse range of candidates
- Champion internal mobility and ensure the process is followed across the business
- Manage the offer and onboarding process for successful candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, no matter what the outcome
- Maintain knowledge of fashion retail, luxury goods, and Talent Acquisition trends to act as a Talent advisor to business partners on recruitment and industry trends

The accomplished individual will possess:
- Minimum two years’ recruitment experience, with fashion or luxury consumer products experience preferred. In-house talent and recruitment agency experience a plus
- Ability to interact with and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- High level of organisational skills to independently manage changing priorities & multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication, with business English fluency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with an applicant tracking system
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Italian a plus
