Primary Purpose: The Manager, HR Technology & Solutions (Workforce Management) is responsible for the strategic management, delivery, and continuous improvement of workforce management solutions within the HR Technology & Solutions organization. This role ensures accurate, compliant, and efficient workforce management operations that support a large and distributed global hourly workforce, including retail and fulfilment environments. The ideal candidate brings strong system expertise in leading workforce management solutions. This role reports to the Director, HR Technology & Solutions.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:

  • Serve as a functional lead for ADP Workforce Software and other solutions across the workforce management portfolio.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable system solutions.
  • Manage technical delivery through an Application Managed Services (AMS) and/or offshore technical teams, ensuring high-quality execution, effective governance, and alignment with global standards.
  • Own system governance, and compliance across multiple geographies, ensuring adherence to labour laws and pay policies and supporting accurate pay outcomes.
  • Oversee system performance and integration health with related platforms (e.g., Workday, Payroll, and scheduling tools) to ensure data integrity and operational stability.
  • Support system testing, release management, and change enablement activities in collaboration with technical partners.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR Technology/IT partners to maintain alignment with governance standards, architecture, and roadmap priorities.
  • Partner with vendors to manage service delivery, track issue resolution, and participate in roadmap discussions.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate performance, measure business impact, and drive continuous improvement of workforce management solutions.
  • Partner with global and regional stakeholders to identify and deliver opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and improved employee experience.

The accomplished individual will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR technology and workforce management systems.
  • Hands-on or administrative experience with ADP Workforce Software ideal.
  • Familiarity with Workday Time Tracking, UKG Pro WFM and/or other leading WFM solutions.
  • Understanding of timekeeping and scheduling processes across hourly workforce environments, including retail or fulfilment operations.
  • Proven ability to manage system enhancements and production support activities end-to-end.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating with managed service providers or external vendors.
  • Familiarity with Agile or iterative product management methodologies.
  • Strong data and reporting capabilities to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance operational stability with innovation and system growth.
  • Passion for HR technology and improving employee experience through digital solutions.
  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation.
