Primary Purpose: The Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the delivery of primary and secondary digital campaigns across European and International markets. Working from pre-approved global imagery, the role oversees the creation of digital assets for websites, email, SMS, affiliate partners, social platforms, in-store marketing and third-party channels. The Graphic Designer will combine strong creative leadership, customer-centric design and emerging technologies, including AI-powered tools and insights, to deliver best-in-class digital experiences that are locally relevant, commercially effective and true to the Coach brand.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Graphic Design to:
- Create and deliver digital assets from pre-approved campaign imagery for European eCommerce and partner sites, ensuring content is locally relevant, customer-focused, and performance-driven across retail and outlet channels.
- Develop engaging and bespoke content for European and International markets across digital and in-store channels.
- Support key commercial moments and region-specific campaigns while maintaining a consistent brand experience.
- Create and deliver customer-facing email campaigns, including marketing and triggered communications, tailored to local market needs.
- Partner with Email and Development teams to design and evolve email marketing experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value through scalable templates and best-practices.
- Produce digital assets for performance marketing campaigns, including affiliates, display, paid social, and acquisition channels, aligned to channel objectives and audience needs.
- Develop bespoke European-focused direct mail and customer engagement materials that strengthen brand affinity and omnichannel engagement.
- Manage external creative agency partnerships and oversee project scoping, prioritisation, resource planning, and on-time delivery to agreed standards.
- Collaborate with Product and Digital teams to create best-in-class UX/UI designs across homepage, PDP, PLP, checkout and post-purchase journeys, using customer insights to drive improvements in engagement, add-to-bag, conversion and overall customer experience.
- Work with translation partners to localise campaign assets across multiple markets and ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
- Partner with the eCommerce Trading team to develop and execute regional creative strategies that enhance customer engagement, conversion, AUR, and overall site experience.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Creative, eCommerce, Marketing and Product teams to ensure customer insights and regional requirements are reflected in creative execution.
- Champion AI-powered design, content creation, and optimisation tools to drive innovation, efficiency, personalisation, and scalable localisation while maintaining brand standards.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities that improve creative delivery and commercial performance.
- Partner with the Senior Online Trading Manager to analyse onsite customer behaviour and performance data, and translate into actionable creative improvements.
- Ensure all content is optimised across devices, adopting a mobile-first approach to design and user experience.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work to agreed deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The accomplished individual will possess:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital, graphic or creative design, within eCommerce, retail or consumer brands.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, XD). Sketch, Adobe Illustrator and Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is advantageous.
- Experience using AI-powered design and productivity tools to improve creativity, efficiency and innovation.
- Strong understanding of digital design, UX/UI, customer journeys, creative optimisation and mobile-first best practices.
- Knowledge of eCommerce trading, performance metrics and online retail environments, ideally within global, multi-channel organisations.
- Experience managing creative agencies, budgets, resources and project delivery.
- Commercially minded, with strong workload planning, budget management and prioritisation skills.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to balance user needs, brand standards and business objectives.
- Excellent project management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across regional and global teams.
- Analytical and solution-oriented, able to turn customer insights and performance data into creative improvements.
- Adaptable, proactive and passionate about emerging digital trends and technologies.
